Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, configure, and support scalable Veeva Vault solutions for quality and regulatory applications.
- Use the Veeva SDK to build custom functionality and integrations.
- Configure workflows, document types, lifecycles, roles, permissions, security settings, objects, and user interface enhancements.
- Provide Tier 1/2/3 application support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, hotfixes, defect resolution, enhancements, and minor changes.
- Perform impact assessments, design reviews, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with quality, compliance, IT, business partners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide training and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Veeva Vault platforms, particularly quality and regulatory applications.
- Proven Veeva SDK development experience building custom applications and integrations.
- Strong Veeva Vault configuration experience, including workflows, lifecycles, roles, and permissions.
- Experience supporting applications, troubleshooting defects, implementing hotfixes, and delivering enhancements.
- Proficiency with Veeva configuration and SDK technologies such as Java or Apex.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services for system integrations.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and experience with validation documentation such as IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid SDLC environments and tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Veeva Administrator or Veeva Vault certifications, advanced degrees, and experience with change management in regulated settings are preferred.
