Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components and applications.
- Develop SAP SCM APO solutions that meet business requirements and support scalable, high-performing systems.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate various enterprise systems using appropriate integration techniques and tools.
- Perform software performance tuning to support high availability and responsiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software development best practices and coordinate cross-functional project efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and coding custom software components with modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise-system integration techniques and tools.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of software applications.
