Base Salary

$120k - $156k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead validation for complex systems spanning multiple components, subsystems, and teams.
  • Define validation strategies covering functional, regression, performance, reliability, fidelity, and correctness risks.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Python-based test frameworks, utilities, and data-driven validation tools.
  • Own quality activities for major deliveries and serve as the technical contact for testability, quality risk, and release readiness.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
  • Identify coverage, tooling, and process gaps and drive scalable quality improvements.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to generate automated test cases and improve QA processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Some experience with software testing or quality engineering.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eligibility to work with export-controlled technology.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools in QA tasks.
  • Preferred experience testing 3D graphics or simulation software.
  • Preferred Python, C++, or automation scripting experience.
  • Preferred experience with CI systems such as Jenkins.
  • Preferred experience with Jira, Perforce, Git, or similar tools.
  • Technical documentation experience is preferred.
