Base Salary
$120k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead validation for complex systems spanning multiple components, subsystems, and teams.
- Define validation strategies covering functional, regression, performance, reliability, fidelity, and correctness risks.
- Design, implement, and maintain Python-based test frameworks, utilities, and data-driven validation tools.
- Own quality activities for major deliveries and serve as the technical contact for testability, quality risk, and release readiness.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
- Identify coverage, tooling, and process gaps and drive scalable quality improvements.
- Use AI-assisted tools to generate automated test cases and improve QA processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Some experience with software testing or quality engineering.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to work with export-controlled technology.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in QA tasks.
- Preferred experience testing 3D graphics or simulation software.
- Preferred Python, C++, or automation scripting experience.
- Preferred experience with CI systems such as Jenkins.
- Preferred experience with Jira, Perforce, Git, or similar tools.
- Technical documentation experience is preferred.
