Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical design for major features and services across enterprise software products.
- Drive implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable software in various environments.
- Provide technical leadership for SaaS platforms, automation, and large-scale system integration.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Guide engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and production readiness.
- Define and improve engineering standards for quality, security, and performance.
- Mentor engineers to help them grow technically and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate project status and design decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with SaaS and distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong experience in architecture, system design, and application security.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
