Responsibilities
- Build clean, performant, maintainable frontend web applications.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other engineers, including junior engineers.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver customer experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards and code quality.
- Own frontend delivery for small to medium features and larger roadmap projects.
- Author technical specifications, contribute to delivery planning, and guide implementation through final delivery.
- Identify and lead technical initiatives involving technical debt, dependencies, systems, or performance improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience planning, building, and releasing frontend applications with web technologies.
- Experience building web applications with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
- Preferred experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Preferred experience with Node.js and large codebases.
- Preferred experience building or maintaining an internal UI library.
- Preferred communication and project management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
