Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI systems and services.
- Develop and integrate LLM-powered features using RAG and multi-agent frameworks.
- Create tools to reduce the cost and time of home design.
- Build visualization tools for home buyers.
- Develop digital design tools leveraging 3D printing capabilities.
- Translate business problems into deployed AI solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested, and documented code.
- Build NLP pipelines for document understanding and regulatory content.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML products.
- Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures, algorithms, and testing.
- Familiarity with image and text deep learning architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI patterns.
- Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
