Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and present AI technology demonstrations and proofs of concept for customers.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs.
- Add features to the internal ML platform and resolve platform bugs.
- Integrate and enable new machine learning models on the platform or in customer environments.
- Improve the performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models and applications.
- Work directly with customers through engagements, proofs of concept, and deployments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, completed within the last 12 months or expected before the start date.
- Strong skills working with AI coding harnesses.
- Practical software engineering experience through internships, research projects, open-source contributions, or substantial personal projects.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or other machine learning models through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and interest in direct customer interaction.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
- Preferred: experience fine-tuning models using supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, or RFT.
- Preferred: experience shipping a full-stack or agentic application end to end.
- Preferred: understanding of generative AI, machine learning principles, and cloud or enterprise infrastructure.
- Preferred: familiarity with inference serving, evaluation, or RAG systems.
