Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across engineering, data, and QA teams.
- Evaluate solution options, manage trade-offs, and drive prioritization decisions aligned with business value.
- Manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges, and stakeholder expectations.
- Build relationships with clients and business stakeholders and serve as the primary delivery contact.
- Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership and escalate critical issues when needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams by setting expectations, removing blockers, and promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Full-stack experience with Microsoft .NET Smart Web App.
- Strong product mindset and ability to understand business needs and evaluate solution options.
- Experience managing delivery across cross-functional engineering, data, and QA teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed environment.
