Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for major initiatives and align outcomes with enterprise architecture standards, Objectives and Key Results, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business and application needs into architecture patterns, system interaction models, integration approaches, and technology selections.
- Provide architectural oversight during build and implementation to preserve architectural integrity and delivery readiness.
- Collaborate with delivery and enabling roles to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness.
- Assess production readiness, including scalability, resilience, security, costs, and operational support.
- Apply approved architecture standards, patterns, and review practices.
- Support controlled and governed use of AI-assisted practices for documentation generation, architecture modeling, or simulation.
- Participate in architecture chapter standards, pattern, knowledge-sharing, and peer-review activities.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience operating as a solution architect or systems designer on complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability across application, data, integration, cloud, and security architecture.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to guide delivery outcomes through influence and technical leadership.
- Preferred experience in financial services, including banking, wealth management, insurance, or asset management.
- Experience working with or supporting delivery involving Salesforce, SAP Data Platform, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in a product operating model or pod-based delivery environment.
- Proven success working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
