Base Salary
$285k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship end-to-end workflows and features across the software stack.
- Take products and systems into production and solve real-world problems at outsized scale.
- Set patterns for code quality, technical decision-making, and a world-class engineering culture.
- Build tools, mental models, and platforms that accelerate engineering as the company scales.
- Talk to and visit customers in the field to understand their needs and improve the product.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Strong engineering prowess, ideally developed at startups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and maintain a high quality bar.
- Curiosity, customer empathy, accountability, and willingness to work closely with customers in the field.
