Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and assess technical feasibility.
- Configure and customize NICE Actimize solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and enhance solution components using SQL, Java, and Actimize tools.
- Integrate Actimize solutions with customer ecosystems and downstream systems.
- Execute functional and technical testing of configurations and customizations.
- Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve implementation and production issues.
- Ensure delivery quality, stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and senior engineers on complex implementations.
- Participate in peer code reviews, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Contribute to documentation such as design notes, SOPs, and deployment runbooks.
- Continuously learn Actimize products, financial crime domains, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in SDLC, implementation, technical services, or application support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Experience working on Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and business domains.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable approach.
