Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions for Prime benefit products serving millions of members worldwide.
- Lead technical problem-solving for complex architectural components across the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and provide feedback through code reviews.
- Drive technical innovation by adopting novel approaches and technologies while balancing customer and operational requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and document software construction, testing, and operational procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics and develop solutions that meet operational excellence and scalability standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, preferred.
