$217k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and deliver software to improve storage system performance.
- Analyze and understand the internals of supported storage systems.
- Implement system-level improvements and complex code modifications.
- Engage with the open-source community to contribute to the OSS codebase.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate storage capabilities.
- Mentor other engineers on vector storage services design and implementation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building internet-scale software.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, C++, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with distributed storage systems.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Prior experience with large-scale critical infrastructure systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
