Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, integrations, and platform configuration features.
- Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical designs into secure, scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, including technical design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, release planning, and post-release support.
- Create unit tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and support functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration through mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and error resolution.
- Implement and integrate AppExchange tools such as DocuSign and eSign Live.
- Document configurations and technical decisions while meeting federal security, privacy, accessibility, and operational-readiness requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, project managers, customers, and other technical stakeholders on status, risks, and technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, or Lightning Design System.
- U.S. citizenship, at least four years of residence in the United States, and authorization to perform all work within the United States.
- Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Visual Studio Code, or Jenkins.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and Salesforce certification(s).
- Preferred: experience with Public Sector Solutions, Einstein Dashboard, Service Cloud, Agentforce, UiPath, and AppExchange integrations such as DocuSign and eSign Live.
