Base Salary
$181k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise AI systems using Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Claude.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents that automate workflows across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, and go-to-market functions.
- Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, memory, context handling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Lead end-to-end automated workflows that connect SaaS systems, data platforms, and internal services.
- Embed security, privacy, compliance, and governance controls into AI systems and define guardrails for data, prompts, model access, and agent permissions.
- Create reusable templates, SDKs, connectors, and playbooks that enable AI adoption at scale.
- Deploy AI assistants and productivity solutions that reduce time spent on core employee workflows.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, influence roadmaps, and translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Deliver production-ready systems and measure operational, productivity, adoption, compliance, and time-to-value outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, automation, or IT systems.
- Hands-on experience building integrations and workflows using Workato or similar platforms.
- Experience with LLM-based systems, including prompt design, agent orchestration, and tool usage.
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and API-driven architectures.
- Experience implementing security and compliance controls in cloud-native environments, with AWS preferred.
- Ability to operate at both deep technical and strategic levels.
- Preferred experience with MCP or similar model context and agent frameworks.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Graph API.
- Preferred experience with Claude or other enterprise LLM platforms.
- Exposure to AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
- Background scaling internal platforms in a high-growth SaaS company.
