Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user-area needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
- Provide user and operational support and consult with business users and other technology groups.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop security measures and help establish operating standards and procedures.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Assess risk, support regulatory compliance, and escalate or report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques or methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment and autonomy.

- Salary range of $96,960.00-$145,440.00 per year.
