Base Salary

$97k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
  • Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user-area needs.
  • Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide user and operational support and consult with business users and other technology groups.
  • Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
  • Develop security measures and help establish operating standards and procedures.
  • Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
  • Assess risk, support regulatory compliance, and escalate or report control issues transparently.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques or methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment and autonomy.

  • Salary range of $96,960.00-$145,440.00 per year.
