Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of distributed cloud-native applications.
- Design and build production-grade data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Integrate ML and GenAI capabilities into product features.
- Champion data quality and correctness throughout the data pipeline.
- Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams.
- Set and promote engineering standards for code quality and operational excellence.
- Diagnose and eliminate performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of rapid learning.
- Decompose legacy systems into SOA/microservices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Mastery in backend programming, particularly in Go and Python.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering and building data pipelines.
- Experience in building APIs and deploying ML algorithms in production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
