Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain payment processing systems across the LATAM region.
- Develop, debug, and test card authorization and switching flows using ISO 8583.
- Design and troubleshoot message-switching and transaction-routing logic between acquirers, issuers, and card networks.
- Manage payment clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Handle transaction flow performance tuning and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in the banking, cards, and payments domain.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 8583 and card transaction lifecycle management.
- Experience with C++, Oracle DB, and Linux.
- Knowledge of payment clearing and settlement processes.
- Knowledge of message switching and transaction flow.
- Advanced Spanish and intermediate English communication skills.
- Card scheme certification is preferred.
- Experience with store-and-forward transaction handling is preferred.
