Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software solutions for business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, develop solution strategies, and ensure integration with business objectives.
- Participate in peer collaboration and code reviews while promoting code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Apply secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Implement effective unit-testing practices to support code quality, readability, and reliability.
- Lead or guide complex assignments, collaborate across functions, and advise stakeholders on complex issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks while strengthening controls, policies, and procedures related to the work.
- Analyze information from multiple sources to solve problems and communicate complex information effectively.
Requirements
- Professional knowledge and skills sufficient to develop and deliver complex software solutions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to apply secure coding and unit-testing practices.
