Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Design and deliver automated validation suites for PCIe, NVMe, and OCP compliance.
- Perform technical root-cause analysis of firmware- and system-level failures using telemetry and logs.
- Own and scale regression infrastructure to improve test repeatability, coverage, and qualification speed.
- Provide risk assessments and quality metrics to cross-functional engineering teams to influence product readiness and release timelines.
- Develop Python validation tools and scripts for drive-level characterization under power-loss, snapshot, and high-volume scenarios.
Requirements
- Proficiency in PCIe and NVMe protocols and a strong understanding of SSD architecture and firmware interaction with storage hardware.
- Advanced Python programming capability and experience building or extending automated testing frameworks for embedded systems or storage products.
- A proven track record debugging hardware/software interfaces and performing structured root-cause analysis in a laboratory environment.
- Hands-on experience with LeCroy, DriveMaster, or OakGate for validating data integrity, power-loss robustness, and endurance.
