Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain server-side tracking solutions that support accurate measurement across platforms.
  • Deliver reliable conversion signals to Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude.
  • Investigate and resolve complex tracking issues across devices and domains.
  • Collaborate with PPC, product, data, performance marketing, affiliates, product analytics, and developer stakeholders on data-quality questions.
  • Maintain data-governance standards and privacy-compliant tracking implementations.
  • Improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of collected data.
  • Own ambiguous tracking and attribution problems and help define how business performance is measured.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining web tracking.
  • Experience with server-side tracking implementation, such as server-side GTM or an equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion APIs, including Meta CAPI, Google Ads conversion imports, deduplication, and identity-matching logic.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude.
  • Strong JavaScript fundamentals and understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
  • Understanding of GDPR and its practical impact on tracking implementation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort owning ambiguous problems without fully predefined scope.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/GKE or Docker is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or additional analytics and tracking platforms is a plus.

  • Lithuania-based employees work under a direct employment contract with a hybrid setup in Kaunas or Vilnius; contractors elsewhere in Europe work fully remotely under a B2B/service-provider agreement.
