Responsibilities

Understand client business problems to build and evolve product roadmaps.
Ensure effective collaboration between Thoughtworks' and client teams.
Assess the current situation and create artifacts to maximize value.
Facilitate analysis workshops with senior client stakeholders.
Engage with senior business stakeholders to achieve differentiating outcomes.
Liaise between clients and team members to manage the product backlog.
Work in agile teams to facilitate organizational transformations.
Share knowledge and mentor others in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices.

Proven track record of delivering impactful software in a collaborative environment.
Attention to detail and a practical approach to story-writing and delivery.
Ability to identify root causes of client pain points and validate business opportunities.
Experience with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
Understanding of business operations and experience modeling business processes.
Ability to design and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
Familiarity with tech trends and their application to business challenges.
