Base Salary
$174k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems and services with high-quality architecture.
- Develop and maintain the core Workflow Platform Infrastructure.
- Benchmark the platform and publish performance metrics.
- Ensure platform reliability and uptime with 99.995% guarantees.
- Estimate capacity and provision clusters for various workloads.
- Monitor and alert on production incidents for the platform.
- Analyze open-source platform components and code.
- Address critical system issues and improve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance platform extensibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering teams within fast-paced environments.
- 10+ years of experience in developing and operating backend services.
- Experience in building complex, high-performance distributed software systems.
- Strong familiarity with Java and Spring Framework, and experience in AWS.
- Extensive experience managing mission-critical services with high throughput.
