Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement web application features using Java and Spring Framework technologies.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for front-end applications and external integrations.
- Design Oracle schemas and develop, optimize, and tune SQL and PL/SQL database operations.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve application performance, quality, responsiveness, and reliability through debugging, reviews, and best practices.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Document technical designs, code, and processes.
Requirements
- Proven software development experience with Java.
- Strong proficiency with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
- Extensive Oracle database experience, including advanced SQL/PL/SQL, schema design, and performance tuning.
- Experience designing and developing APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate and document clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with React is a significant advantage.
- Experience with Python is an added advantage.
