Base Salary
$156k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build a world-class Mission Planning & Control System in the cloud using Docker and FastAPI.
- Design cloud architecture and choose appropriate technologies.
- Manage infrastructure for deploying cloud applications using Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS Lambda.
- Integrate spacecraft data processing and archiving using Kafka, InfluxDB, and Grafana.
- Develop APIs and tools for remote antenna ground station integration.
- Architect systems for low latency and fault tolerance.
- Deploy infrastructure and tools across various environments.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer in a team environment.
- Strong programming experience in Python for web development.
- Experience with cloud-native software development in at least one major cloud provider.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
