Responsibilities
- Own the design and continuous improvement of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Manage configuration, integration, and release activities for complex software solutions.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability, reliability, and performance.
- Assess and improve business processes within packaged and SaaS environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on solution evolution.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Design.
- Proficiency in Business Process Design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing business processes and addressing solution-design and deployment challenges.
- Experience managing configuration and integration activities for complex software solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain platform standards supporting system reliability and performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
