Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Ansible automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, patching, and operational tasks.
- Design reusable Ansible roles and playbooks with idempotency, error handling, conditional execution, logging, and efficient API usage.
- Manage source control, branching, and CI/CD integrations using Azure Repos and GitHub.
- Design enterprise-scale DevOps and automation architecture across cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow for ticket-driven execution and operational updates.
- Support database connection, authentication, credential management, monitoring, alerting, logging, and routine operational automation.
- Implement event-driven automation for compute and database failures, threshold breaches, and health issues.
- Develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, enterprise knowledge sources, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy foundation models and build scalable pipelines for ingestion, transformation, embedding generation, and retrieval.
- Improve incident response, reduce manual effort, and enable enterprise knowledge discovery through AI-powered operational intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architecture, and vector databases.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenSearch, Pinecone, Chroma DB, or FAISS.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, MLOps, CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Understanding of Ansible automation, cloud and infrastructure operations, database-integrated applications, monitoring, and alerting.
