Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Ansible-based automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration, patching, and operational tasks.
- Design reusable, modular Ansible roles and playbooks with idempotency, error handling, conditional execution, and logging.
- Manage source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD integrations using Azure Repos and GitHub.
- Optimize Ansible automation by reducing unnecessary API calls, using native modules, and limiting raw Linux command execution.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale DevOps and automation architecture across cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow for ticket-driven execution and operational updates.
- Support database connection handling, authentication, credential management, monitoring, alerting, logging, and routine operational automation.
- Implement alert-based automation for compute and database failures, threshold breaches, and health issues.
- Develop generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, enterprise knowledge sources, and agentic workflows.
- Build data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, embedding generation, and retrieval, and fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy foundation models.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and service management teams to drive automation adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, EKS, MLOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Understanding of Ansible automation, cloud and infrastructure operations, database-integrated applications, monitoring, alerting, and credential management.
