Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead optimization of AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices, including AI-assisted coding, code review, testing, documentation, and requirements refinement.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architecture, including service isolation, fault tolerance, and API design.
- Implement SecDevOps practices and automate deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and security testing.
- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize AWS cloud environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, conduct reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate system integration and interoperability across microservices, existing systems, and third-party APIs.
- Implement security controls, support security assessments and audits, and help ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience using Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and API microservices architecture.
- Proven experience with AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices and comprehensive technology roadmaps.
- Strong leadership experience building and nurturing high-performing technology teams and leading organizational change.
- Expertise implementing SecDevOps practices and using Docker, Apache Maven, and JBoss Enterprise Application Platform.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong Java programming, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Desired certifications include AWS Certified Generative AI Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect–Professional, and Certified Service Oriented Architecture Architect.
