Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and reliable cybersecurity products and infrastructure security services.
- Develop automation tools and scripts using infrastructure-as-code and scripting technologies.
- Build observability and monitoring to diagnose issues and assess security system health and performance.
- Respond to security incidents and system outages, including root-cause analysis.
- Define, track, and report on security SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to integrate security products and services.
- Apply cybersecurity and infrastructure security best practices to infrastructure systems and services.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a STEM qualification with relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including scripting and programming.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Linux shell scripts, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, systems, storage, and infrastructure operations.
- Experience with system operations and administration on enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Elastic Stack and Prometheus/Grafana is preferred.
