Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and effective ML models and data pipelines for identity and audience segmentation.
- Design and run experiments to measure impact and inform product decisions.
- Build and productionize generative AI features for reporting and insights.
- Improve automation and reliability across model training and deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate with software and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to shape ML and Gen-AI strategy for advertising.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience applying ML or data science to real business problems at scale.
- Master’s degree (or higher) in CS, CE, ML, or a related field with 4+ years of experience.
- Strong CS fundamentals and ability to design efficient algorithms.
- Experience with ML approaches for large-scale data problems.
- Strong intuition for defining KPIs and evaluation frameworks for ML systems.
