Responsibilities
- Drive quality best practices and set quality standards using metrics.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or relevant experience.
- 8+ years in software testing, test automation, or test development.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably in Java.
- Experience with automated tools and testing frameworks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools.
