Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and continuously develop the Sibo STEP PIM system.
Manage and optimize PIM performance, scalability, reliability, and data governance.
Design and maintain data flows between PIM and ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and CRM platforms.
Develop integrations using APIs and pipelines for seamless interoperability.
Monitor system health and proactively troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
Develop automation workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions with cross-functional teams.

Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable IT field.
Hands-on experience with STEP Workbench, STEP UI, Import/Export Managers, and STEP integration endpoints.
Proficiency in STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP-SDK, JavaScript, and XSLT.
Familiarity with HTTP, REST, and JSON.
Understanding of common STEP integration techniques and patterns.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and teamwork skills.
Practical experience with agile frameworks, high quality standards, responsibility, and fluency in business English.
