Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and continuously develop the Sibo STEP PIM system.
- Manage and optimize PIM performance, scalability, reliability, and data governance.
- Design and maintain data flows between PIM and ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and CRM platforms.
- Develop integrations using APIs and pipelines for seamless interoperability.
- Monitor system health and proactively troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Develop automation workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable IT field.
- Hands-on experience with STEP Workbench, STEP UI, Import/Export Managers, and STEP integration endpoints.
- Proficiency in STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP-SDK, JavaScript, and XSLT.
- Familiarity with HTTP, REST, and JSON.
- Understanding of common STEP integration techniques and patterns.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Practical experience with agile frameworks, high quality standards, responsibility, and fluency in business English.
