Responsibilities
- Design, code, construct, and configure custom software applications and components.
- Develop ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery solutions for specific business processes and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align applications with organizational goals.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and participate in application testing and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Document application processes and workflows.
- Continue learning about relevant industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of overall professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery or Human Resource Service Management is required.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies is required.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms is required.
- Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow is required.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance is required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
