Responsibilities
- Author the AI/ML Architecture Design Document for non-technical reviewers.
- Recommend an accuracy threshold for the catalog mapping engine.
- Build a four-tier catalog code mapping engine for SAP catalog types.
- Implement the AI anomaly detection module.
- Design and implement a Train Model feedback loop in which operator corrections retrain the model.
- Wrap the ML model as a microservice for the main application.
Requirements
- Experience with NLP and text classification in Python using scikit-learn or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Ability to document AI architecture and model designs clearly for non-technical reviewers.
- Experience with rule-based NLP, including keyword extraction, regex, and scoring logic.
- Experience preparing training data and building, evaluating, and tuning ML classification pipelines.
- Experience with anomaly detection in tabular data.
- Knowledge of the Python data science stack, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn; spaCy is optional.
- Experience designing model feedback loops.
- Experience wrapping ML models in APIs or microservices.
- Ability to frame precision/recall trade-offs for catalog mapping is desirable.
- SAP catalog code domain knowledge is desirable.
