Responsibilities
- Develop new digital products and services and enhance existing ones.
- Design, test, maintain, monitor, and improve systems supporting HSBC’s global teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business colleagues to understand needs and help shape products and services.
- Build scalable, usable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Use programming languages, code frameworks, AI tools, and modern DevOps practices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and recommend performance improvements.
Requirements
- Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
- Have obtained or expect to achieve a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0, or an overseas equivalent.
- Be a recent graduate with less than two years of full-time work experience or be due to graduate by July 2027.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong for the full graduate programme and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
- Complete a short online coding test as part of the application.
