Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests.
- Create scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architectures and target-state solution roadmaps.
- Provide solutioning for client RFPs and ensure architecture and design assurance.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using modern technology.
- Evaluate integration options, technology environments, client requirements, costs, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Document architectural designs, solution artifacts, frameworks, standards, and support metrics.
- Identify architectural problems, perform root-cause analysis, and provide mitigation plans.
- Enable delivery teams with optimal delivery solutions and reusable frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, program, project, IT, and client teams throughout solution delivery.
- Present solution designs and architectural principles to clients and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop proofs of concept, demos, case studies, white papers, blogs, and points of view.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Hire, onboard, train, mentor, and manage the performance, progression, engagement, and retention of team members.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience is required.
- Mandatory experience with SAP ISU and FICA.
- Experience developing enterprise architecture, solution designs, integration approaches, and technical recommendations.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and architectural assurance across multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with risk mitigation, quality assurance, technical documentation, delivery enablement, and project status reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, consulting, project management, delivery, and client teams.
- Experience mentoring technical professionals and managing team resourcing, performance, and engagement.
- Ability to develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, and thought-leadership content.
