Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, prototyping, and operation of AI-native enterprise applications in customer-embedded delivery teams.
- Develop cloud-native applications integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based components.
- Work directly within customer projects and cross-functional teams to understand business processes and customer needs.
- Implement features and integrations, guide other engineers when needed, and maintain code quality and engineering standards.
- Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployed solutions for reliability and stability.
Requirements
- Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on experience in at least one cloud-native development environment.
- Strong experience with large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, agent-based workflows, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, machine learning operations, or integrating AI/ML models into applications.
- Awareness of AWS, Azure, or GCP and tools such as Git and Docker.
- Strong customer focus, clear communication, trust-building, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability.
- Awareness of SAP AI Core or SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus.
