Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments.
- Automate deployments with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD.
- Build, operate, and maintain Postgres and MariaDB databases.
- Deploy and operate third-party tools including GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, Argo Workflows, and Superset.
- Implement application and user security integrations with LDAP, SAML2, OIDC, and Keycloak.
- Install and operate on-premise solutions for secrets, passwords, repositories, and source code management.
- Support test automation with the quality team to assure platform quality.
- Take technical responsibility for private cloud platform services and collaborate with architecture, project management, and other teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable field, or vocational training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
- Experience working with Kubernetes manifests, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Basic knowledge of Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience building and advancing CI/CD processes, particularly for Day 2 operations.
- Confident use of Linux environments.
- Practical experience orchestrating container applications with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- General IT knowledge, including operating software solutions with external cloud providers.
- Very good German language skills, at least C1 level.
- Systematic, goal-oriented, and independent working style.
