Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with O9 Solutions.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration for complex business processes.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and application development best practices.
- Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
