Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations from solution design through delivery governance, go-live, and post-production optimization.
Define enterprise Agentforce architecture, including agent taxonomy, topic hierarchies, skill libraries, action security, human escalation, lifecycle management, and observability.
Design MCP server topology and govern Salesforce data, objects, Apex actions, and APIs exposed to Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, and other enterprise LLMs.
Establish prompt engineering, LLM Gateway, AI output validation, responsible AI, safety, data masking, audit, and human-in-the-loop standards.
Lead technical pre-sales for Healthcare and Hi-Tech clients, including solution architectures, CTO/CIO presentations, RFP responses, and SOW definitions.
Define multi-org strategy, data residency, scalability roadmaps, platform governance, security reviews, Well-Architected Reviews, and technical debt remediation.
Design MuleSoft API-led connectivity and event-driven integrations with EHR, ERP, data platforms, and AI infrastructure ecosystems.
Instrument Agentforce and AI telemetry into CRM Analytics and Data Cloud dashboards for performance, resolution, and prompt-success measurement.
Champion governed adoption of Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot across engineering teams.
Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Developers on AI-native development, CPQ, Health Cloud compliance, and Agentforce practices.

12–15 years of professional experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture.
Salesforce CTA-level platform mastery and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or progress toward the credential.
Expertise in Agentforce Platform Architecture, Model Context Protocol design, Einstein Copilot Studio, LLM Gateway, multi-org strategy, Salesforce Data Cloud, Health Cloud, FHIR Interoperability Hub, and Revenue Cloud covering CPQ, Billing, and ARM.
Experience designing MuleSoft API-led connectivity, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Salesforce integrations, and AWS, Azure, or GCP architectures.
Deep functional knowledge of revenue operations, CPQ approval and revenue recognition processes, clinical and care workflows, sales and customer success strategy, and regulated AI data flows.
Experience with Healthcare, Hi-Tech, or another stated industry domain, including relevant enterprise Salesforce platform architectures.
Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, HITRUST, or FedRAMP compliance design in Salesforce environments.
Executive presence, C-suite communication, architectural risk articulation, mentoring, and the ability to connect technical decisions to commercial outcomes.
Preferred experience with Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, Snowflake or Databricks lakehouse integrations, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, published thought leadership, conference keynotes, Salesforce MVP recognition, or community leadership.
