Responsibilities
- Shape SAP’s AI technology strategy and align technology, platform, and application teams.
- Own the NorthStar Architecture, architecture reviews, and executive communications.
- Guide responsible adoption of LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
- Embed agentic orchestration, context engineering, evaluation and benchmark engineering, and AI output quality assurance into engineering teams.
- Set standards for CI/CD, MLOps, and secure architecture practices.
- Mentor senior architects, build AI adoption capability, and drive cross-domain architectural change at scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture.
- 5+ years of technical leadership and executive stakeholder engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in agentic engineering and LLM-based systems.
- Strong track record with large-scale systems and deep focus on AI and ML.
- Hands-on cloud engineering experience and current knowledge of AI and cloud technology.
- Experience with responsible AI, architecture strategy, and cross-domain technical influence.
- A degree in a technical field is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
