Responsibilities
- Build the first product from scratch across candidate acquisition, qualification, matching, follow-up, and recruiting-workflow integrations.
- Ship LLM and AI-agent functionality, conversational interfaces, and workflow automation to users.
- Connect APIs, databases, messaging tools, and third-party systems.
- Validate the product quickly and improve recruiting efficiency and conversion.
- Work with Founders Factory’s venture team and potentially become the venture’s Technical Co-Founder.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering ability and the capacity to build independently from zero to a working product.
- Experience automating messy, real-world workflows.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM or AI-agent functionality to users.
- Comfort connecting APIs, databases, messaging tools, and third-party systems.
- Product-minded approach focused on removing work and improving conversion.
- High ownership and entrepreneurial ambition, gained as a founder, early engineer, freelancer, or technical operator.
- Familiarity with the DACH market; German is strongly preferred.
- Relevant experience may include recruitment or HR technology, ATS/CRM integrations, WhatsApp, voice AI, n8n/Make, matching systems, marketplaces, or workflow-heavy SaaS.
