Responsibilities
- Design, code, orchestrate, and deploy autonomous AI agents from scratch for critical finance workflows.
- Apply data analytics to predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, prioritization, and financial data reconciliation.
- Develop algorithms for matching, reconciliation, parsing, and other complex financial data problems at petabyte scale.
- Design visualizations and dashboards to monitor agent health and demonstrate automation performance.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including requirements, coding, model training, deployment, and iteration.
- Solve ambiguous and computationally complex problems using first-principles and algorithmic thinking.
Requirements
- Demonstrate first-principles thinking and the ability to solve ambiguous problems.
- Possess technical acumen and system design knowledge.
- Have an excellent academic record from a top-tier IIT.
- Have programming experience with a functional language, preferably Rust, and an object-oriented language such as Python or Java.
- Be able to work from the Hyderabad location and operate in a demanding, results-driven environment.
