RDMA Network Software Development Engineer Graduate (High Speed Network) - 2026 Start (PhD)

- Design and develop high-speed network technologies at ByteDance.
- Build software and tools to improve the reliability and availability of high-speed network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages, including C/C++, Python, or Go.
- Passion for high-speed IP networking, hardware-software interaction, and hardware offloading technologies.
- Familiarity with the RDMA/RoCE network protocol is preferred.
- Experience developing software systems for large-scale data-center networks or distributed systems is preferred.
