Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and ship multimodal AI agents for essential-services companies.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to map workflows, deploy the product, troubleshoot issues, and address edge cases.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle from design and implementation through deployment, rollout, success measurement, and iteration.
- Build reliable systems supporting thousands of concurrent interactions while meeting performance and reliability targets.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, A/B test, and iterate on text and voice models in rapid feedback loops.
- Identify cross-customer patterns and opportunities to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Production experience with Python, asyncio, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node, and React.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, text-to-speech and speech APIs, model fine-tuning, vector databases, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to meet SLAs, resolve issues, and optimize systems for speed and reliability at scale.
- Experience building production monitoring and debugging systems across cloud infrastructure and databases.
- Comfort engaging directly with customers and delivering fast solutions.
