Responsibilities
- Build and ship multi-modal AI agents that drive business impact.
- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to map workflows and deploy products.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from design to implementation and rollout.
- Build reliable systems that support thousands of concurrent interactions.
- Evaluate cutting-edge models and iterate based on feedback.
- Identify patterns across customers to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
Requirements
- 2+ years of production experience with Python and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLM, TTS, and speech APIs.
- Ability to meet SLAs and optimize systems for speed and reliability.
- Experience building production monitoring and debugging systems.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
