Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and application components.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and project decisions.
- Manage team performance, make team decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead coordination of project activities to align with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support software integration with third-party systems.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management and Device Management.
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management and Device Management.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience integrating software components and third-party systems.
- Competence in performance tuning and software application optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
