Responsibilities
- Drive adoption in existing accounts by establishing and leading technical expansion strategies.
- Identify business goals and connect them with Snowflake AI Data Cloud use cases.
- Design and deliver optimized demos and technical stories for customer architectures.
- Lead POCs and pilot projects to validate platform value and minimize decision-making risks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support customer success.
- Integrate solutions with SI, ISV, and cloud partners for customer architectures.
- Represent Snowflake at workshops, briefings, and industry events.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing solution engineering.
- Strong understanding of modern data stack, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and generative AI.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Practical expertise in SQL and Spark.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
