Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud Provider Network Management solutions for provider enrollment, credentialing, contracts, and network setup.
- Design and extend the PNM data model using custom objects.
- Lead solutioning with Vlocity/OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Provide architectural guidance, scalability planning, and adherence to Salesforce platform best practices.
- Collaborate with business, provider operations, and engineering teams to deliver compliant, industry-grade solutions.
- Lead stakeholder management, discovery workshops, and solution presentations.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of IT experience and at least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud PNM and healthcare provider lifecycle processes.
- Advanced Vlocity/OmniStudio expertise.
- Strong Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration skills.
- Proficiency in API design, security, data modeling, system integrations, and event-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of healthcare payer/provider operational models and Salesforce architectural practices.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Application Architect, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer, and Health Cloud.
- Experience with payer systems, provider credentialing systems, HL7/FHIR interoperability, Provider Search, Network Adequacy, Provider Directory solutions, or regulated healthcare environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management, discovery workshops, and solution presentation.
