Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud PNM solutions for provider enrollment, credentialing, contracts, and network setup.
- Design and extend the PNM data model using custom objects.
- Lead solutioning with Vlocity/OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Provide architectural guidance focused on scalability, Salesforce best practices, API design, security, integrations, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with business, provider operations, and engineering teams to deliver compliant, industry-grade solutions.
- Support stakeholder management, discovery workshops, and solution presentations.
Requirements
- Require strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud PNM and healthcare provider lifecycle processes.
- Require advanced Vlocity/OmniStudio expertise.
- Require Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration skills.
- Require 10-15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce.
- Require understanding of healthcare payer/provider operational models and Salesforce architectural practices.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer, and Health Cloud.
- Preferred experience includes payer systems, provider credentialing systems, healthcare interoperability using HL7/FHIR, Provider Search, Network Adequacy, Provider Directory solutions, and regulated healthcare environments.
