Responsibilities
- Improve reliability, observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, resilience, and performance across engineering services.
- Troubleshoot application and system failures, investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement follow-up improvements.
- Develop automation, tools, dashboards, metrics, and health checks to reduce manual effort and improve system visibility.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational workflows.
- Explore AI-powered development tools and AI agents to improve engineering and operational productivity.
- Collaborate with developers, Cloud Operations, and other engineering teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Interest in SRE, cloud technologies, automation, observability, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with willingness to learn, investigate problems, and collaborate.
- Preferred experience includes Git, SQL, REST APIs, automated testing, CI/CD, AI coding tools, AI development platforms, AI agents, AI-powered applications, LLMs/APIs, software development, cloud technologies, or modern developer tools.
