Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent AI agents with Vertex AI Agent Builder to automate complex business processes.
- Build, orchestrate, and manage multi-agent systems using the Agent Development Kit.
- Integrate Model Context Protocol Toolbox with enterprise platforms including BigQuery and Cloud Spanner.
- Architect scalable agentic solutions combining reasoning, retrieval, tool usage, and workflow automation.
- Use Vertex AI for model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
- Build and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines with Dataflow for AI and machine learning workloads.
- Deploy low-latency inference using Vertex AI Endpoints and RunInference APIs.
- Implement retrieval-augmented architectures using vector search in BigQuery and AlloyDB.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to translate objectives into production-ready solutions.
- Provide project updates, participate in reviews and planning, share knowledge, and support troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Vertex AI Model Garden, Vertex AI Pipelines, model evaluation and optimization, Vertex AI Endpoints, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including BigQuery, for machine learning and data engineering.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, scaling and normalization, encoding, missing-value imputation, and model performance monitoring.
- Understanding of agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, stateful real-time processing, contextual memory, retrieval systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, and Vertex AI Endpoints.
- Preferred experience in financial services, banking, FinTech, or retail.
- Preferred knowledge of credit risk, fraud detection, royalty forecasting, search relevance optimization, or customer intelligence use cases.
- Preferred knowledge of data privacy, governance, regulatory compliance, PII protection, data masking, data redaction, and secure data handling.
- Strong collaborative, consultative, and stakeholder communication skills.
